Bridging Gaps is an organization aiming to help out couples in resolving disputes that may lead to a divorce and seeks out reducing the divorce rate in Kuwait. It also helps out families that have been affected by divorces, and people who are affected physically, mentally and cases dealing with women abuse.
We are the first private reconciliation center in Kuwait, working as a non profit organization, trying to look at untouched field that haven’t been thoroughly studied in Kuwait. Our organization is looking forward to attract the Kuwaiti society where in we could grow in the coming years and spread amongst the five provinces.

Family counselors in Bridging Gaps are an important element that participates to the growth of this organization. Family counselors provide clinical services to residents and their families. The employee will be engaged in assessment and consultation as well as training.
requirment
Potential applicants are required to have a Ph.D. or Psy. D. in clinical or school psychology; with NY state licensure. There more applicants must have an understanding of developmental issues, family dynamics and be able to work in a collaborative inter disciplinary team setting.
