بليز بنات ابي وحده متخصصه تقرا لي الريبورت مال الالتراساوند .. هذي الاشعة حق معاق وانا احاتي الدكتور باجازه ولدي معاه عوار مو طبيعي ببطنه بتأكد فيه شي بالاشعة
هذا اللي مكتوب بالتقرير :
ultrasound abdomen + pelvis of 21-aug-2010 : finding :
-Diffuse fatty liver infiltration.No focal lesions or intrahepatic biliary radicles dilatation
-Distended thick wall GB wall with no stones
-Right renal mid calyceal stones about 7.7\T\3.4 mm with no obstructive uropathy
-Slight relative increased renal echogenicity >>> to be correlated with renal function profile
-The spleen has normal sonographic configuration
-No ascites or abdominal collections.
-Empty bladder with ballon of Foley"s catheter
-The pancreas was fatty infillurated
-Marked abdominal gascous distension that obscure visualization of most of the abdominal field
