I was here once not too long ago.. I made it to my goal..
it seems so easy now that Iook at it
just looking for a familiar room to express my feelings and keep on track .. I'll just register everything here

inner and outer thighs
ches t adduction abduction
high shoulders
wall sit
hamstring curls with weights
70reps 3 sets jumps
walking cool down
