Last week I went to Nepal for three months. I went to work in a hospital there . I found it a wonderful chance to see as much of the country as I can, though it is difficult to travel round Nepal . The hospital let me have a holiday for a few days. So I decided to go into one of the Jungles there. I asked Mr. Mini, a Nepalese guide, to go with me. We started preparing for the trip at six in the morning, and left the camp with two elephants carrying our equipment. It was hot at that time, but Mr. Mini made me wear shoes and trousers to protect me from insects. In the jungle, there was a lot of wildlife, but we were trying to find out big cats, especially tigers. We climbed onto the elephants
backs to get a better view. It was difficult to see tigers in the afternoon because they sleep in the heat of the day.
Suddenly, we saw a tiger and. Mr. Mini told me not to make any noise. We made some few steps nearer and found a little deer, still bleeding and the tiger was about to have lunch. Suddenly I felt frightened.
We heard the tiger a second before we saw it. It jumped out like a flash of light. I looked into its eyes and that killing face. Its mouth was so open that I saw all the inside. The tiger took Mr. Mini’s leg between its teeth, but l was able to pull Mr. Mini away. Fortunately, one of the elephants ran fast at the tiger and made it go back into the trees, so we quickly ran away and let the tiger eat its lunch. That night it was impossible for me to sleep. The sight of the 500-kilo and 5-metre-long tiger will stay with me forever.

Last week I went to Nepal for three months. I went to work in a hospital there . I found it a wonderful chance to see as much of the country as I can, though it is difficult to travel round Nepal . The hospital let me have a holiday for a few days. So I decided to go into one of the Jungles there. I asked Mr. Mini, a Nepalese guide, to go with me. We started preparing for the trip at six in the morning, and left the camp with two elephants carrying our equipment. It was hot at that time, but Mr. Mini made me wear shoes and trousers to protect me from insects. In the jungle, there was a lot of wildlife, but we were trying to find out big cats, especially tigers. We climbed onto the elephants
backs to get a better view. It was difficult to see tigers in the afternoon because they sleep in the heat of the day.
Suddenly, we saw a tiger and. Mr. Mini told me not to make any noise. We made some few steps nearer and found a little deer, still bleeding and the tiger was about to have lunch. Suddenly I felt frightened.
We heard the tiger a second before we saw it. It jumped out like a flash of light. I looked into its eyes and that killing face. Its mouth was so open that I saw all the inside. The tiger took Mr. Mini’s leg between its teeth, but l was able to pull Mr. Mini away. Fortunately, one of the elephants ran fast at the tiger and made it go back into the trees, so we quickly ran away and let the tiger eat its lunch. That night it was impossible for me to sleep. The sight of the 500-kilo and 5-metre-long tiger will stay with me forever.
